Secondary voting

Majoritarian authoritarianism is a voting method that aims to prevent the dominance of a majority and ensure that the strength of people's preferences in collective decision-making is reflected.

In this method, voters are given "credits" which they use to vote. The votes are then distributed by taking the square root. This ensures that projects that receive more support from a larger number of people are given the most advantage.
